Minimalism Part 1: How Living with Less Brings More Joy to Life

Is your house cluttered and does that clutter your mind and spirit? Do you wish to find more usable space and peace of mind by getting rid of your unnecessary stuff, but just don't know where to start?  During the lenghty strike of 2014, in an effert to live frugally, my teacher husband and I started living in a minimalistic way.  The strike ended but we contined to practice minimalism learned to reduce waste (zero-waste living) and increase our savings.  Also, as a bonus, my husband lost over 100 pounds since we started minimalism through mindful eating and paying attention. This session is to share what minimalism looks like for my family of 5, strategies to effectily declutter and live a frugal lifestyle to achieve the dream of early retirement.
