The Jack Talks program uses contact based education and peer-to-peer outreach to teach audiences that we all have mental health and we all need to care for it. Understand the basics of mental health, including the dual spectrum of mental health and the social determinants. Understand how to recognize signs of struggle in individuals and youth as a whole, and how to be there for those who might be struggling. Understand how to connect with resources so that youth have actionable next steps they can undertake. Youth speakers will share tools, tips and stories about mental health and inspire you to take action.
