How might a framework of balanced numeracy help teachers to address and respond to diversity in learning, instruction, and assessment?  On behalf of the BCAMT and the BC Numeracy Network, Debbie will share a teacher resource for creating a balanced numeracy program and address opportunities and challenges related to diversity in learning through the lenses of the six components: foundations, assessment, connections, environment, instruction, and engagement.
