Minimalism Part 2: Minimalism and Mindfulness

If the morning session's focus is decluttering and frugale living, the afternoon session (Part 2) will focus more on zero-waste living and healthy eating habits.  More in-depth organization tools and tips will be shared and we will look at why mindfulness is what holds all of the above together to make minimalism sustainable. If time allows, we will do some open ended Q & A/roundtable and we will be making a few DIY products that are zero-waste, safe, and cost next to nothing.
